The first webinar of the N2RBDM initiative, “How to make « Risk Based Decision Making for All (RBDM) » work and meet the needs of end users? The GEORISQUES tool in France and the PARATUS EU Project»” confronted the point of view and experiences of a practitioner, Nicolas Bonnin, from the Risk Prevention Department of the French Ministry of Environment, and a scientific, Cees van Westen, from the Centre for Disaster Resilience (CSR) of the University of Twente, Netherlands on existing tools for risk knowledge and decision-making.
